The New York State Association of Transportation Engineers (NYSATE) will be holding its 68th Annual Conference in Kerhonkson, New York on May 27th—30th, 2008. The Conference will be hosted by Section 8 and is being held at the Hudson Valley Resort and Spa in Kerhonkson.
We invite your company to exhibit your products and services at our conference on Wednesday, May 28th and Thursday, May 29th. Renting a booth is a great way to showcase your company. If interested, please mail us a completed Exhibitor Registration Form (see link to PDF form above).
Technical presentations are an important element of our conference. If you feel your company has something interesting to present at our conference, please indicate your interest on the Exhibitor Registration Form. A member of the Technical Program Committee will contact you.
We are also accepting sponsors for large and small social events such as the golf tournament, coffee breaks, hospitality rooms and evening entertainment events. There are also opportunities for advertising in the conference literature. These are great ways to increase the exposure of your company. If interested, please indicate your interest on the Exhibitor Registration Form.
NYSATE is a non-profit professional organization designed for the advancement of the science and profession of engineering as it pertains to transportation and related subjects. Eleven sections encompass this statewide organization.
We anticipate that the conference will be attended by about 700 people involved in the planning, design, construction and maintenance of our transportation systems.
