To register for Conference 68, print and complete one Conference Registration Form for each person who will attend.

Mail the completed form(s) along with payment to:

NYSATE Conference 2008, PO Box 3535, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603

Please make check or money order payable to NYSATE Conference 2008.

Conference Registration must be postmarked by April 23, 2008.   A late fee of $25 will be added to registration fees after this date.   Note:   Late registration not guaranteed gift package.
