Trip to The Wild Center in Tupper Lake*

There’s a day’s worth of things to see and do at the 54,000 square-foot Wild Center and on the 81-acre campus. Come explore the exhibit halls, meet one of the many animals at an animal encounter, take a woodland walk down to the Raquette River, join us for a live show, or watch one of many amazing films produced by The Wild Center.
Cost: $35 – Includes sandwich buffet lunch, transportation, and admission fee to The Wild Center.
Technical Tour (Adirondack Tree Identification): 1PDH for Landscape Architects AND Professional Engineers. There are two tours with 20 people maximum.

TOUR IS FULL – Behind the Scenes Tour: Explore behind the curtain where practices and ideas combine to bring The Wild Center experience to life. Take a closer look at our green energy system, learn how our life support system keeps the trout and otters happy, and visit with our wild animal ambassadors behind the scenes. Two tours with 15 people maximum.

TOUR IS FULL – Wild Walk Tour: Visit The Wild Center’s brand new exhibit Wild Walk and take a deeper look into how it was made, learn about the Adirondack landscape surrounding the structure, and more on a guided tour. Two tours with 15 people maximum.
You do not have to sign up for a tour to enjoy The Wild Center. Feel free to tour The Wild Center on your own!
